In this workshop you will gradually learn how to safely build up simple to advanced backbend positions. The focus of the workshop is to open the front of the body and stimulate the energy center coming out of the heart. You will learn to understand the backbends anatomically and will then feel more confident in your own practice and also have more confidence.
Level OPEN. This workshop is for all levels because almost everybody can and should practice backbends, no matter how old or immobile she/he is.
