Classical yoga classes are peak pose orientated. Normally the muscle group being worked on is identified and prepared. In this workshop we identify other levels to create a multi-layered yoga class. The right systems create more creative yoga classes. “The Art of Teaching” technique of peak pose orientated teaching will give you new food for thought and help you to classify your previous yoga classes under a different system.

This workshop is for all yoga teachers and anyone with a strong interest in teaching. Yoga will also be practiced in this workshop.
