International Yoga. Body & Soul Conference in Poznań is an annual cycle of yoga meetings on a mat and a meditation cushion, allowing you to focus on developing your body and soul, and finding yourself through different yoga paths, with instruction provided by various teachers.
World famous teachers
We are beginning a long-term project, which we want to develop with every passing year by inviting world-renowned yoga teachers and expanding our yogi community in Poland. We want to create a common space for yogis from Poland and abroad.
Three days of practice
The International Yoga. Body & Soul Conference will offer you THREE days full of practice, study, experiences, and internal change - all in the atmosphere of joy and inspiration. It is a space for meetings and experience exchange.
Get new contacts and acquaintances!
The amazing venue is not all we have in store for you. We will also provide you with a space full of delicious vegan delicacies, healthy juices and beverages, stalls with yoga equipment, books, clothing, jewellery and many others. This will be a perfect place for casual conversations and small talk.
